Cleaning Priorities Areas requiring attention, requested level of detail, and relevant preferences.

A quote is based on the information available when it is prepared. If the property condition or requested scope differs materially from what was originally described, LGO Cleaning Services may discuss a revised scope, price, schedule, or service plan before continuing.

No price is final merely because an estimate request was submitted through the website. The applicable quote must be communicated and accepted separately.

Scheduling and Property Access

Cleaning dates and arrival details are subject to availability and must be confirmed directly with LGO Cleaning Services.

The client is responsible for providing accurate access instructions and ensuring that authorized entry to the property is available at the agreed time.

If the property cannot be accessed, presents a safety concern, or is not ready for the agreed service, LGO Cleaning Services may delay, reschedule, limit, or decline the service.

Arrival times may be affected by traffic, weather, prior appointments, emergencies, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. When possible, changes will be communicated directly to the client.

Client Responsibilities

To help the service proceed safely and efficiently, the client is responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information about the property and requested cleaning.
  • Identifying priority areas, fragile items, damaged surfaces, or special concerns before cleaning begins.
  • Securing money, jewelry, medication, important documents, and other valuable or sensitive items.
  • Providing safe and reasonable access to the areas included in the service.
  • Informing us about pets, occupants, access restrictions, alarms, cameras, or property rules that may affect the appointment.
  • Disclosing known hazards, unsafe materials, infestations, biohazards, active construction conditions, or other risks.
  • Ensuring that utilities and conditions reasonably needed for the agreed cleaning are available.

LGO Cleaning Services may decline work that appears unsafe, unlawful, outside the agreed scope, or materially different from the information provided before the appointment.

Cleaning Products and Preferences

Clients may communicate preferences or concerns about cleaning products before the appointment. LGO Cleaning Services will review the request and confirm whether the requested product or approach can reasonably be used.

A client request does not automatically mean that every requested product will be accepted or appropriate for every surface, material, condition, or cleaning task.

Unless expressly confirmed in writing, the website does not represent that all products are:

  • Non-toxic.
  • Hypoallergenic.
  • Organic.
  • Environmentally certified.
  • Safe for every child, pet, person, material, or surface.

Payment

The price and payment timing for a cleaning service will be communicated as part of the estimate, quote, scheduling process, or other direct service communication.

Accepted payment methods may include:

The website does not process credit card payments and does not offer financing or installment plans.

Clients are responsible for paying the amount that was accepted for the agreed service, including any authorized changes to the scope.

Service Changes, Rescheduling, and Cancellations

Requests to change, reschedule, or cancel an appointment should be communicated directly to LGO Cleaning Services as soon as reasonably possible.

Any cancellation, rescheduling, travel, access, or service-change terms that apply to a particular appointment will be communicated separately when applicable.

This website does not establish an automatic cancellation fee, rescheduling fee, or travel fee unless that charge has been separately disclosed and accepted in connection with the service.

LGO Cleaning Services may reschedule, modify, or decline a service because of safety concerns, property access issues, severe weather, illness, emergencies, inaccurate project information, or circumstances outside reasonable control.

Phone, Email, and Text Communications

When you provide contact information, you authorize LGO Cleaning Services to respond to your inquiry through the contact methods you selected or used, which may include text message, phone call, or email.

Message and data rates imposed by your wireless provider may apply. Delivery of a text message is not guaranteed because it depends on third-party carriers and device availability.

You may ask us to stop nonessential text communications by replying STOP or contacting us directly.

Service Results and Questions

LGO Cleaning Services aims to perform the agreed cleaning with care and attention based on the confirmed scope and the condition of the property.

Cleaning outcomes may vary depending on factors including:

  • The age and condition of surfaces and materials.
  • Existing stains, wear, damage, discoloration, or buildup.
  • The amount of time and access available for the service.
  • The cleaning scope that was requested and accepted.
  • Products, equipment, or methods suitable for the property.
  • Conditions that could not reasonably be identified in advance.

Unless separately agreed in writing, LGO Cleaning Services does not provide a money-back guarantee, satisfaction guarantee, guaranteed result, or guarantee that every stain, mark, buildup, odor, or condition can be removed.

Property Condition and Personal Items

The client should inform LGO Cleaning Services before the appointment about fragile, damaged, unstable, valuable, or unusually sensitive items or surfaces.

We may avoid cleaning an item or area when there is a reasonable concern that cleaning could cause damage or create a safety risk.

Existing wear, breakage, loose fixtures, poor installation, deterioration, permanent staining, or hidden damage may become more visible during or after cleaning. Cleaning does not repair or restore damaged property unless a separate service has been expressly agreed.

Concerns about property damage or a missing item should be reported promptly with enough information for LGO Cleaning Services to review the circumstances.

Website Content and Intellectual Property

The website’s original text, layout, graphics, branding, logo, design elements, and other materials are owned by or used with permission by LGO Cleaning Services, unless otherwise stated.
